Bare Dermatology is the best of the best. I have had 3 separate skin cancer procedures over the past 3 weeks, 2 with Dr Patel and 1 with Dr Farberg. Every patient touch point has been outstanding. The level of professional care has been exceptional. Careful, clear communication puts you at ease to know your in great hands, even followup calls to check in after the procedure. They respect your appointment times, the front office is super great. Other members of my family have also been taken care of at Bare Dermatology Rockwall. It can be very stressful when you have to deal with any a medical issues. But when you have a team like Bare Dermatology in Rockwall, you feel at ease everything will be ok. Mrs. Eli (Reception / Office Manager) was exceptional in flexibility and communication of both my needs and scheduling my care plan. She took time to hear my specific concerns and worked carefully to listen, empathize, and adjust to accommodate those factors. The compassion and hospitality she provided truly made me feel comfortable and respected. Dr. Patel and his staff nurse were also attentive to my unique situation and recommended a specific and workable plan of care that worked with my own career schedule to ensure maximum comfort and recovery. Heather Capps really is the best! Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is also compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond for her patients, as does her staff. I am also a health care provider and I personally go to Heather as my dermatologist and I also only recommend my patients to her because she provides top notch care and all of my own patients rave about her and only have positive things to say about her professionalism and bedside manner. My kids get treated by Heather Capps. I cannot express how great she is , her care, her attention to detail, the way she explains everything to them at their level. I would highly recommend her and I have to mention her assistant Sheila, who is so caring and understanding and breaks the ice with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. They work well together. They are both great people. We don’t feel like just another patient they actually remember what the kids have going on with their lives. I highly recommend Heather Capps, Sheila and this office. First and foremost, I’m incredibly satisfied with how professional and knowledgeable Ali is. I’ve been seen by other aestheticians before, but Ali has by far been the best! Ali was so informative when preparing me for my UltraClear laser treatment. She thoroughly explained the downtime and aftercare before even performing the procedure, which I genuinely appreciated. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Not to mention, my results have been amazing so far! I haven’t seen my skin look this even and clear in over 8 years. I am very pleased with Bare Dermatology. I am cancer free thanks to Dr. Farburg's surgery. I met Dr. Patel yesterday. I was impressed by his throughness checking me over. I had cancers that were missed diagnosed by another dermatologist in forney. That won't happen with Dr. Patel. This guy is great. I know I am in the best hands for my care. And he's a nice guy! I’ve had such a great experience at Bare Dermatology with Dr. Cayla Holmes. She helped treat my rosacea when nothing else really worked, and my skin has improved so much. I was recently seen by Dr. Farbarg for an issue that presented a concern for me. Not once did he or his staff make me feel dismissed or unheard. On the contrary they were so very kind, comforting and supportive. A very kind, responsive, and professional staff. Dr. Capps is incredibly thorough, listens to your questions, answers your concerns, is knowledgeable, and has multiple options for treatment! The office is quite large and accommodates a lot of patients. The office has a good reputation and rating for a reason! Dr Candi Carney and Nurse Mel Garza were AMAZING! I went in just expecting to have a few spots checked and ended up having four sling spots and a mole removed without hesitation or pain!
