Mrs. Eli (Reception / Office Manager) was exceptional in flexibility and communication of both my needs and scheduling my care plan. She took time to hear my specific concerns and worked carefully to listen, empathize, and adjust to accommodate those factors. The compassion and hospitality she provided truly made me feel comfortable and respected. Dr. Patel and his staff nurse were also attentive to my unique situation and recommended a specific and workable plan of care that worked with my own career schedule to ensure maximum comfort and recovery. I will certainly be continuing my care with the Bare Dermatology team - as well as my family member needs. ~ Phillip M

Heather Capps really is the best! Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is also compassionate and truly cares about her patients. She goes above and beyond for her patients, as does her staff. I am also a health care provider and I personally go to Heather as my dermatologist and I also only recommend my patients to her because she provides top notch care and all of my own patients rave about her and only have positive things to say about her professionalism and bedside manner. My kids get treated by Heather Capps. I cannot express how great she is , her care, her attention to detail, the way she explains everything to them at their level. I would highly recommend her and I have to mention her assistant Sheila, who is so caring and understanding and breaks the ice with the kids and makes them feel comfortable. They work well together. They are both great people. We don’t feel like just another patient they actually remember what the kids have going on with their lives. I highly recommend Heather Capps, Sheila and this office. I loved my visit with Heather Capps today! She figured what was wrong with my skin quickly and was to the point. Her assistant was very kind and helpful as well! The lady who checked me in was also very kind! My only complaint is with the person who checked me out/ billing. She wasn’t engaging or kind. It felt like she didn’t want to be there.. so I thought maybe she’s having a bad morning. I forgot to ask for an itemized receipt, so I called to ask for one and still wasn’t very happy sounding on the phone. A few hours passed, so I called to request receipt again. She said my services were not walked out, so I’d have to call back tomorrow to see if they were walked out.. which I find odd. So, now I’m not too sure what I paid for. Usually you know how much to collect from what services are completed. I work in admin for dental so I know not everyone’s customer service is the same, but I feel that everyone else I came across was so nice. ~ Anjanette r

Courtney is an absolute gem! She’s the best the laser aesthetician that I have ever been too! She was thorough, attentive to detail, and made the entire process comfortable and seamless. I was recently seen by Dr. Farbarg for an issue that presented a concern for me. Not once did he or his staff make me feel dismissed or unheard. On the contrary they were so very kind, comforting and supportive. Dr Heather Capps has been monitoring my issues for years now, and I have complete confidence in her ability to treat my issues before they get out of hand If I become concerned about a spot in between scheduled visits, she works me in promptly. Dr. Farberg and his staff were amazing. He did a great job and his “bedside manners” (or personality and empathy) were better than any doctor I’ve seen before. Absolutely love this place. My husband and I actually followed Heather from a different office local to us because we adore her so much. She is everything you expect from a health provider but rarely get these days. We were unsure of the new company/office but the first visit had us hooked. The staff is superb with top level professionalism and care. While we see Heather Capps for our care, we have also interacted with Dr Farberg for surgeries. Excellent, experienced, expert.. Be hard pressed to find another of his caliber and so I know he only employs the best to compliment his team. Sheila, Heather's assistant, is excellent as well. She communicates well, has a lovely personality that puts you at ease and listens. I've never felt ignored or rushed/brushed aside. While we haven't had experience with the other providers, I've no doubt they are top notch. We drive 45 minutes for our appts here because the service is absolutely worth it. Absolutely worth it! Going here is like seeing family members who happen to be in the medical profession. Would recommend to anyone, especially those who fear docs/ procedures, get anxious or are typically overlooked/overwhelmed by the typical impersonal robot appts prevalent today. ~ H “

You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who cares as much about the whole field/study of dermatology than her, and who has an equal passion for sharing that information with her patients.
